Aaron Judge cringing after striking out vs. Angels

Aaron Judge was pulled from Sunday’s game against the Mets after two at-bats due to some dizziness.

During Judge’s first at-bat of the game, the outfielder had to call time and receive eye drops from a Yankees trainer before returning to the plate.

A noticeably dazed Judge finished the at-bat by striking out, but he came out to play center field in the next half inning.

Judge played the field in the second inning as well, but after striking out again in his second at-bat, the Yankees ended his day and replaced him in center field with Brett Gardner.

“Hopefully, it’s something that subsides here over the next little bit, and get him back in there tomorrow,” Aaron Boone told ESPN during the game.

Any issue with a player’s vision is a cause for concern, and with the Yankees in a tight race to the postseason finish line, they’ll hope that their best player, who just crushed two home runs in his last outing, can be back in the lineup sooner rather than later.
