The Arizona Cardinals face the Detroit Lions today in Week 15 with a playoff berth on the line. They are 7-0 on the road and have won every game by at least 10 points and now face a one-win Lions team.

They have had a bunch of very close games and another bunch of absolute blowout losses.

What can we expect from this game today?

We have expert picks below from me, Lions Wire managing editor Jeff Risdon and then picks from the AZCentral Sports staff from their Cardinals-Lions preview video.

I think the Cardinals will continue their roll on the road. They will get an early score, a stop and probably a turnover. The offense rolls and the defense does what it has done. Cardinals 34, Lions 10

Jeff Risdon, Lions Wire

I suspect this week’s Lions game will play out like last week’s trip to Denver. The Lions played well early, showed some innovation and played the first half basically even. Then the Cardinals, like the Broncos last week, will figure out how to attack on both sides of the ball and the Lions just won’t be able to match the talent or skill. Cardinals 33, Lions 13

Kent Somers, AZCentral Sports

Not too long ago, these were the two most futile franchises not only in professional football but in professional sports. The Cardinals found their way, lost their way, found their way again. I think the Cardinals take care of business. I think this is going to be, the Cardinals are going to win this 37-14.

Bob McManaman, AZCentral Sport

This should not be an issue. The Cardinals should be able to go in there and take care of business — run the ball, throw the ball, create turnovers. They know what’s at stake. They’re going to take care of business but I don’t think they will blow them away. Cardinals 20, Lions 10

Greg Moore, AZCentral Sports

Cardinals LVI, Lions 1-11-1

I predict the Cardinals will win.

This was a nonsense pick. If we do some math, it might be Cardinals 56, Lions 13.
