Week 16 is upon, and eight games are part of Monday’s eight-game slate. A Grizzlies-Sixers matchup will likely highlight the trio of games set to tip-off at 7 p.m. ET. A pair of games at 8 p.m. ET will end the action, so the night will be over fairly early. Some big-time fantasy performances are sure to occur ahead of Tuesday’s slate, but we’ll go over some of the best and worst performances of the weekend before providing DFS advice for Monday.

Who’s hot

Doncic notched a pair of triple-doubles in Week 15 and finished Sunday as the main slate’s highest fantasy scorer. The Mavericks superstar has averaged 36 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 10 assists per game. Kristaps Porzingis (knee) won’t travel with Dallas for its Week 16 road trip, so Doncic could be primed for a massive stats bump in the coming days.

On Sunday, KAT recorded his second career triple-double against the Rudy Gobert-less Jazz with 31 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. The Timberwolves big man averaged 25.5 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 5.8 assists in Week 15. He could be just as successful in Week 16 with two matchups against the Pistons scheduled for after Tuesday’s matchup against the Nuggets.

Cunningham’s Week 15 stats were muddled by one dud game, but he still put together a pair of superb performances. The rookie averaged 20.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game through three games last week and wrapped things up 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists on Sunday to lift the Pistons past the Cavs. He’s bound to be streaky, but his best showings have been masterpieces s far.

Who’s not

Portis has been a regular double-double threat this season with Brook Lopez (back) out of commission, but he was extremely underwhelming in his last two contests. The Bucks big man averaged 8.0 points and 5.5 rebounds on 33 percent shooting in his final two outings of Week 15. That’s not what fantasy managers want to see from a borderline top-10 fantasy center. His 11 points and five rebounds on 11 shots were disappointing on Sunday.

DFS Target

On Friday, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander suffered an ankle injury, and Goddey responded by posting 15 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists in 40 minutes against the Pacers. The rookie guard will likely get the keys to the offense until after the All-Star break. He’s averaged 17 points, 10 rebounds, and 9.0 in his three career games without SGA. Giddey became the youngest player to ever record a triple-double in the last game he played without SGA, and the Trail Blazers are a poor defensive team. It’ll be hard to fade the chalk here.
