One of the few bright spots in the Mets 5-3 loss to the Phillies was outfielder Brandon Nimmo, who homered and tripled. Nimmo has no intention of throwing in the towel, in spite of the team falling to five games below .500 because ‘that’s how I’m wired’. He also talks about his approach at the plate and his improved defensive metrics in centerfield.
