The Toronto Raptors are 8-2 in their last 10 games and they continue to get production out of rookie Scottie Barnes. Over his last five games, the young power forward has averaged 15.2 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.2 assists. Over his last two starts, he’s scored 36 total points with 13 rebounds, but can he keep up that pace for your NBA DFS lineups on Sunday?

The Raptors take on the Miami Heat, who Barnes has been solid against in three previous starts. Over those games, he averaged 16.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists. On January 29, Barnes scored 22 points with nine boards against the Heat, but should you consider him in the NBA DFS player pool for sites like DraftKings or FanDuel? Before you make your NBA DFS picks for Sunday, be sure to check out the NBA DFS advice, player rankings, stacks and top daily Fantasy basketball picks from SportsLine’s Mike McClure.

McClure is a DFS professional with nearly $2 million in career winnings. He’s also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every minute of every game 10,000 times, taking factors like matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account.

This allows him to find the best NBA DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only over at SportsLine. They’re a must-see for any NBA DFS player.

On Saturday, McClure listed Nets superstar Kevin Durant in his top NBA DFS picks on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The result: Durant scored 55 points to go with seven rebounds and three assists to return 75.25 points on DraftKings and 66.9 points on FanDuel. Anybody that included them in their lineups was well on the way to a profitable day.

Now, McClure has turned his attention to the Sunday, April 3, NBA DFS slate and locked in his top daily Fantasy basketball picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top NBA DFS picks for Sunday, April 3

One of McClure’s top NBA DFS picks includes rostering Warriors guard Jordan Poole ($8,100 on DraftKings and $8,200 on FanDuel). Over Poole’s last five starts, he has averaged 28.8 points, six rebounds and 5.6 assists. In his last game against Utah on Saturday, he scored 31 points, while adding six rebounds and six assists.

On Sunday, the Warriors take on the Sacramento Kings, who Poole has started once and played in two total games against this season. Between those games, he averaged 17 points with four rebounds and three assists. With Steph Curry (foot) still out, Poole has been a much bigger part of the offense, and will continue to be against a Kings defense that has allowed opposing guards to shoot 47.7 percent overall and 36.4 percent from beyond the 3-point line.

Another part of McClure’s NBA DFS strategy is rostering Knicks forward Obi Toppin ($5,200 on DraftKings and $4,400 on FanDuel). Julius Randle (quad) will be out for a second consecutive game, clearing the way for Toppin to make a second straight start. Against the Cavaliers on Saturday, Toppin scored 20 points with four rebounds and four assists.

Toppin has started in four of his last 10 games, and has reached double-digit scoring numbers in seven of those appearances. During that stretch, he’s averaged 11.8 points and 3.9 rebounds, but he has also shot 59 percent from the field. On Sunday, the Knicks take on the Orlando Magic, who have been a bottom-three Fantasy defense against opposing power forwards this season on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

How to set your NBA DFS lineups for Sunday, April 3

McClure is also targeting a player who could go off for massive numbers on Sunday because of a dream matchup. This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing. You can only see who it is here.
