James Harden on how Kyrie Irving vaccination is like Houston Rockets ordeal | Nets News Conference

Brooklyn Nets guard James Harden emphasizes the the importance of team bonding and has more or less anointed himself as the team’s social director. He also feels his individual workouts over the summer are nowhere near as effective as playing 5-on-5 in training camp. Harden refrained from commenting on the absence of Kyrie Irving from camp but did draw some parallels with his own tense situation last season in Houston with the Rockets. Lastly, the team feels no extra pressure, even with the championship expectations. Harden: ‘ Our focus is how we can improve every single day, not what’s going on outside this organization’.
