Game notes: The Pistons have lost two straight, yet Cade Cunningham is having the best month of his young career. Through six March games, he’s averaging 23.2 points per game, eight rebounds and 5.8 assists. Despite injuries to their best two players, the Clippers are in the thick of the playoff race, but they have some work to do to avoid the play-in game (they’re six games behind sixth place). They have lost three of four after running off a five-game win streak. Former Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson leads the team at 17 points and 4.8 assists per game, while ex-Pistons Marcus Morris and Luke Kennard are averaging 15.8 points and 11.7 points a game, respectively.
