By now, fans of the Boston Celtics have likely heard the updated version of the infamous so-called “wheelchair game” from Paul Pierce in a recent interview for the Showtime Basketball “KG Certified” podcast that saw Pierce explain he’d sprained his MCL in Game 1 of the 2008 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers to an amused Jaylen Brown.

But there was much more to that conversation than poop-adjacent retellings; The Truth and Brown chopped it up with current Celtics Jayson Tatum and Marcus Smart along with fellow Boston Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett about coming up together, their losses in the NBA finals, the import of passions away from the sport and more.
