Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porziņģis are out tonight against the Memphis Grizzlies. Jalen Brunson is a logical play. He should be taking over Dallas’ ball-handling duties tonight. Brunson is a logical play. For GPP pivoting purposes let’s take a look at his matchup with Tyus Jones. Jones played 21 minutes in their last game totaling 35 DK FP. Assuming Memphis’ starting guard sees at least 30 minutes tonight, I expect him to hit value at a salary of $5,400 on DK and $5,000 on FanDuel. He will hit 30 minutes, barring an injury. This is expected to be a close game as Memphis is favored by -1 point. The O/U is sitting at 215.
Other PG Option: Lonzo Ball
Alex Caruso – Chicago Bulls (vs. Brooklyn Nets)
Alex Caruso is questionable tonight. If he’s able to go, he’s expected to enter the starting lineup with Green confirmed out. There’s nothing better than a questionable tag to keep a player’s roster percentages down. When Caruso hits 30 minutes he tends to perform. If he enters the starting lineup, I would expect at least 30 minutes of play for Caruso. The Bulls’ sixth man is averaging 25.0 DK FPPG and is at a salary of $5,100 on Draftkings.
Other SG Option: Desmond Bane
Norman Powell – Portland Trail Blazers (vs. Boston Celtics)
Jaylen Brown and Al Horford are out tonight. Tatum will undoubtedly be a chalky play. Once again, we’re going to invest in a GPP pivot play by fading the chalk. The question you should ask yourself is, under what game narrative does Tatum underperform? The answer: In a blowout loss. Who benefits from a Portland blowout victory? Norman Powell that’s who. Powell can limit Tatum offensively by making him work defensively. If Powell can make Tatum work defensively, a Portland blowout is much more likely. Portland is without Lillard tonight. By investing in Powell, you’re simultaneously fading a potentially chalky, C.J. McCollum.

P.J. Tucker – Miami Heat (vs. Milwaukee Bucks)
Giannis Antetokounmpo is doubtful tonight. This will create massive value on Milwaukee’s roster against the Miami Heat on a back to back. Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton will be popular options on tonight’s six-game slate but for GPP pivoting purposes let’s consider a full game fade. Yes, with Antetokounmpo doubtful, value arises in Milwaukee…With that said, the possibility of a blowout is viable. Miami has looked solid without Adebayo and Butler. Just last night, they beat Indiana in impressive fashion by the score of 113 to 104. Lowry was able to successfully distribute the ball to Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson while Dedmon created space through the pick and roll. So who’s the play here? PJ Tucker that’s who. Under the narrative that Milwaukee cannot produce without Giannis, Tucker stands to benefit at low salaries and even lower roster percentages. Tucker has seen at least 30 minutes in two of his last three games. His involvement in this offense is purely situational, so his floor is low but at a DK salary of $3,500, you don’t need much out of him to hit value. Tucker hit 27.5 DK FP last night. I expect a similar effort tonight.
Other PF Option: Dorian Finney-Smith
Omer Yurtseven – Miami Heat (vs. Milwaukee Bucks)
Dewayne Dedmon is going to be a popular play tonight. Last night he did not hit the value (20.0 DK FP). He was 40 % rostered. I expect most to return to the well here but for GPP purposes I have a very interesting play, Omer Yurtseven. Yurtseven totaled 21.8 DK FP in garbage time last night. He only played 19 minutes totaling 12 points and five rebounds with two blocks. This is the ultimate GPP play. Haslem proved to be a nonfactor last night and with Bam out, big men are limited. Look for Yurtseven to get the lion’s share of the second unit big man minutes. The Bucks are currently favored by – 6 points with a 211 O/U on PointsBet.com.
Other C Option: Steven Adams
PG Tyus Jones
