Golden State Warriors rookie Moses Moody will reportedly be signing a multiyear shoe and apparel endorsement contract with Nike, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Moody will join fellow first-round picks Cade Cunningham, Scottie Barnes, teammate Jonathan Kuminga and Chris Duarte to sign with Nike this year. They join a star-studded roster of athletes, including LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Paul George among others.

The 14th overall pick recently wrapped up a strong showing in the Las Vegas Summer League with the Warriors, averaging 16.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and one assist in four games. He produced his best game with 22 points, three rebounds and two steals on Aug. 13.

The crop of Nike rookie players this year are expected to help Nike usher in their new “Greater Than” series, wearing player-exclusive models like the GT Cut, GT Run and GT Jump on the court.

It is estimated 68% of NBA players wear Nike on the court.
