The Philadelphia 76ers are getting set to begin a 6-game road trip on Saturday when they visit the Indiana Pacers before heading out to the west coast and playing five games out there.

This is a tough trip to deal with at the moment as they are still shorthanded with Joel Embiid and Matisse Thybulle still in the league’s health and safety protocols, but they might be able to have one player return from the protocols on Saturday.

Second-year guard Isaiah Joe, who has missed five games after testing positive for COVID-19 on Nov. 4, has cleared the protocols and he is questionable to return against the Pacers. It would be a big lift for a team still thin out on the wings and they need some more shooting off of their bench.

Joe had himself a terrific preseason before getting off to a bumpy start to the regular season and he is only shooting 33.3% from deep in 7.7 minutes per game. He still has a ton of potential and he should be able to help the Sixers soon so his return would be a big help.
