It will not be long of a wait now for fans of Boston Celtics center Robert Williams III to return to the court to play for what has become the NBA’s hottest ball club in his absence. And some of that excellence has come from the better-than-expected play of the bigs on the team who have been available when their number has been called, particularly backup big man Luke Kornet.
What will the team do when Timelord returns? What SHOULD they do when the Texas A&M product is back on the court? Will he impact the offense, and should we set out expectations low at first?
The hosts of the CLNS Media “Celtics Lab” podcast got together with Sports Illustrated’s Bobby Krivitsky to talk over the near-term future of the Celtics’ frontcourt among a host of other topical concerns on the latest episode of the show.
