Game notes: The Red Wings get their first look at former core rebuild piece Tyler Bertuzzi, who was traded March 2 for a protected 2024 first-round pick and 2025 fourth-rounder. Bertuzzi has one assist in two games with Boston, which is 1-1 in those games. Bertuzzi looks set to make his NHL playoff debut this spring after missing out on the playoffs in the previous six seasons in Detroit. These teams will rematch Sunday in Detroit (1:30 p.m., TNT). The Bruins won the season’s only meeting so far, 5-1 in Boston, in October.
